How can we help?

Everything you need to know about building on the Monbits ecosystem.

General

What is Monbits?

Monbits builds crypto infrastructure for businesses: a white-label Exchange you run under your own brand, Pay for accepting multi-chain payments, and Monbits Card for issuing virtual cards. Each works alone or as part of one stack.

Do I have to use all three products?

No — each product stands alone. Most teams launch on one rail and layer the others on later; accounts, compliance and reporting carry over as you grow.

Who is Monbits for?

Exchanges, brokers, fintechs and businesses that want to move crypto without building the infrastructure themselves — from day-one startups to established brands.

Products

Which blockchains and assets are supported?

The platform covers 170+ cryptocurrencies across 80+ blockchains — majors, native chain assets and the stablecoins customers actually pay with, like USDT and USDC on Ethereum, Polygon, TRON and BNB Chain.

What can the white-label Exchange do?

Launch a fully branded cryptocurrency exchange with multi-currency support, automated payments, an admin panel and reporting — live in days rather than months.

How does Monbits Pay work?

Pay is a multi-chain payment gateway with unique deposit addresses per order, AML screening and one-click payouts.

What is Monbits Card?

Monbits Card issues virtual debit cards that turn crypto into instant spending power, accepted anywhere Visa and Mastercard are, built on PCI DSS-compliant issuing infrastructure.

How fast do merchant payouts settle?

Payments are reconciled the moment they confirm on-chain. Settled funds appear in your dashboard immediately and pay out to merchants with one click or via API, on whatever schedule you set.

Payments (Monbits Pay)

What is a crypto payment gateway?

A crypto payment gateway lets your business accept cryptocurrency payments securely from customers worldwide. It generates a payment request or deposit address for each order, monitors blockchain confirmations and notifies your systems when the payment completes.

How does paying through Monbits Pay work?

Customers select crypto at checkout, scan a QR code or copy the deposit address, and send the payment. The gateway verifies the transaction on-chain, matches it to the order automatically and notifies your website or application.

Can I accept stablecoins?

Yes. You can accept popular stablecoins such as USDT and USDC on the supported networks.

Can I accept several cryptocurrencies at once?

Yes. Multiple cryptocurrencies can be enabled simultaneously, and customers can pay from any compatible wallet.

Yes. Integrate through REST APIs, SDKs, webhooks or a hosted checkout page — whichever fits your stack.

How quickly are payments confirmed?

Confirmation time depends on the blockchain network. Some transactions complete within seconds, while others require multiple confirmations.

Are crypto payments irreversible?

Yes. Once confirmed on-chain, transactions generally cannot be reversed — which is why every payment is verified and matched to its order before you fulfil it.

What happens if a customer sends the wrong amount?

The gateway detects underpayments and overpayments, tracks the order's running total and notifies you for manual review or automated handling.

Does Monbits Pay support recurring payments?

Can I generate invoices or accept donations?

Is KYC required for merchants?

Requirements depend on your business type, jurisdiction and applicable regulation.

Are transaction fees transparent?

How is the gateway secured?

Encryption, hardened infrastructure, fraud monitoring and on-chain verification — plus wallet address whitelisting for extra control.

Can I manage multiple businesses?

Yes. Enterprise clients can run several merchant accounts from one place.

Is there a dashboard and reporting?

Yes. You get transaction history, analytics and settlement information, with reports exportable in multiple formats.

Is there a test environment?

Security & Compliance

How do you handle compliance?

Compliance lives in the rails rather than bolted on: incoming payments are AML-screened before they settle, card programs ship with KYC built in, and every action leaves an audit trail.

How are customer funds held?

It depends on the product. Where funds pass through the platform — for example while Monbits Pay accepts a payment and settles it to the merchant — they are protected by an isolated key-management service, screened for AML before settlement, and recorded in immutable audit logs.

How do you protect against downtime and attacks?

Our infrastructure is hardened with DDoS protection, rate limiting and real-time monitoring with alerting, backed by full audit trails. See the Trust Center for details.

What happens when AML screening flags a payment?

Flagged payments are held before settlement and routed to review. Cleared funds continue to the merchant; anything confirmed bad never settles. Every decision is recorded in the audit log.
